Urban Design Reports provide an assessment of the physical and strategic context of a place and outline a design strategy for future development. Studio GL have prepared urban design reports that support Planning Proposals and Development Applications for developer and Local Government clients. We have also prepared reports for Local Councils that evaluate Planning Proposals and Development Applications prepared by others that identify where improvements could be made to the proposed urban design strategy for the site.
